Our Tennislessons4u coaches are accredited by the LTA (Lawn Tennis Association), and deliver fun and inclusive sessions for all ages and abilities. We all hold DBS, First Aid and safeguard training ensuring the highest quality delivery for you or your child.

Nick Frost
Nick has over 20 years of experience coaching juniors and adults. He has worked in schools, club environments and individual coaching sessions. Nick has worked with county players and runs our advantage academy program and supporting players entering LTA tournaments. Nick will always be found with shorts and sunglasses, reminding players it is always summer on court!

Tom Littlewood
Tom has been playing tennis since the age of 7 and still competes for his local club and started coaching since 16. Tom was a Primary School Teacher for 5 years and uses his knowledge of delivering inclusive and diverse lessons on court. He is passionate about creating a fun environment and getting new children started on their tennis journey. Tom is an LTA competition organiser and manages our Tennislessons4u teams.

Ben Harrington
Ben grew up playing tennis at Tennislessons4u and since studying at University has returned as part of our Coaching Team. Ben has an infectious personality and players leave his sessions with a big smile! Ben delivers sessions for all ages from tots up to adults as well as working in schools to bring tennis to the community. He is also our social media and communications guru!
Our Amazing Assistants
Including LTA Level 1, Tennis Leaders and junior players on our program, all our assistants share the same core value of making an enjoyable learning environment so everyone falls in love with the game of tennis, just as they have done. Many of assistants grew up playing at Tennislessons4u and continue to compete in our league teams.
