Our junior program is organised by Tom Littlewood, a former Primary School Teacher who brings a wealth of knowledge of creating fun and inclusive sessions for children of all ages and abilities.
CREATING
A TENNIS
JOURNEY
Our sessions start for children aged 3 years and up for all abilities. Whether you are a social player or entering LTA tournaments, our Tennislesons4u Journey provides opportunities and challenges for all children; Club, Pathway, Academy.
Our coaches follow the LTA Youth Program. They are First Aid trained, DBS Checked and fully committed to ensuring your child gets the most out of their tennis journey with us.
QUALITY
COACHES
MORE THAN
JUST
TENNIS
We teach your child to play more than just tennis, by rewarding our 4 core values; Effort, Teamwork, Resilience and Improve. It helps children develop physical, social and emotional skills that enable them to thrive on and off court.
Once you have attended a FREE trial session you can simply sign up via our website booking page and join the club! There is no commitment, but we are sure you will love your session...
The average cost is £6.50 per session - Payments are made on a Monthly Direct Debit and we have 3 different options
We currently run sessions at Earls Colne Tennis Club and Gosfield Tennis Club.
We also travel to local areas around Halstead
We are really passionate about making sure children are progressing and always challenged in sessions. Children are moved up sessions based on age and ability. We also have invite-only academy sessions for each age group
We generally run our sessions whatever, and at some of our venues we have access to indoor sports halls. In the unlikely event of the coach having to cancel then this session will be refunded or your child can attend another session. It is up to the coach wether to cancel the session, if they run the session and you choose not to come then no refund can be offered.
No, we offer our payment system for simplicity in administration as well as continuity in groups. This makes it easier for coaches to plan progressive sessions as well as commitment from players which encourages progress in ability.
We recommend playing tennis at least twice a week. This can be either two group lessons or a mixture of group, private and social play. This will accelerate your child's improvement and give them the confidence to compete.
